<p>A meta-material (110) is configured from a lower-side conductor plane (103), an upper-side conductor (102), and the repeated (for example, periodic) array of conductor strips (104), and conductor posts (105) which electrically connect each of the conductor strips (104) and the lower-side conductor plane (103). A feeder (106) is connected to the conductor (102). An opening may be repeatedly provided to the lower-side conductor plane (103).
