PURPOSE: A method of printing the conductor in two overlapped films by a screen printing technique is provided to generate the conductor by screen-printing on a photocell using an economical technique. CONSTITUTION: A method of printing the conductor in two overlapped films is as follows. First two or more test-patterns(5a-5d) are formed on the surface(4) of a wafer(1). While printing on the surface of the wafer by a screen-printing technique, second four or more test-patterns, which are different from the above test-pattern, are printed. The actual distance obtained on the surface between the first test-pattern and the second test-pattern is measured. The logical distance is compared with the actual distance in order to infer the printing offset.
