PURPOSE: A sterilization method of vegetable seeds is provided, which can improve the quality of agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization method of vegetable seeds comprises: a step of dipping vegetable seeds in the chlorine dioxide water; and a step of sterilizing the vegetable seeds by pressurization. The chlorine dioxide water has concentration of 25-35ppm. The combination ratio of the vegetable seed and chlorine dioxide water is 8:1-12:1(w/w).
