PURPOSE: A low-speed rotation axis generator is provided to improve generation efficiency by generating the same electromotive force as a maximum value of a rotating generator in passing inside the conductor of the permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION: A conductor(1) is fixed to a skeleton(5). A plurality of permanent magnets(2) are arranged on the circumference of a disc(4) and are faced with similar polarity. The disc is rotated by a rotation shaft. The permanent magnet is passed through the conductor to generate electromotive force. The conductor has a c-shape and a rotated u-shape so that the permanent magnet is passed therethrough.
