PURPOSE: An amino acid derivative containing microcycle structure targeting cancer cells and radioactive or non-radioactive metal complex compound is provided to easily make an image of cancer cell site by targeting. CONSTITUTION: A microcyclic amino acid derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A complex compound is prepared by binding radioactive metal or non-radioactive metal with microcyclic amino acid derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The radioactive or non-radioactive metal is Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Ga, Sr, Y, Zr, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Cd, In, Sn, Ba, La, Sm, Gd, Dy, Ho, Lu, Re, Ir, Pb or Bi. A drug for imaging cancer contains the microcyclic amino acid derivative and complex compound of radioactive metal or non-radioactive metal.
