PURPOSE: A pre-mix containing sorghum powder and a product containing the same are provided to easily knead and mold by adding modified starch and edible oil. CONSTITUTION: A pre-mix containing sorghum powder contains 5-80 weight% of sorghum powder, 5-80 weight% of glutinous rice powder, and 0.5-30 weight% of modified starch. The modified starch is one selected from acetylated starch, cross-linked starch, etherified starch, esterified starch, and cross linkage starch. The modified starch is one selected from tapioca starch, potato starch, wheat starch, waxy corn starch, corn starch, rice starch and glutinous rice starch.
