PURPOSE: A device for sensing an image for guide broadcasting is provided to output emergency broadcast if the emergency situation occurred. CONSTITUTION: At least one or more input and output units(200) collects an image or sensing signal. The input and output units output a guide broadcasting. An entrance control unit(300) controls the open and close of the door about a monitoring area. A control unit(100) manages the collected images from the input and output units. The control unit controls the input and output unit to output a premises broadcasting or emergency broadcasting. The control unit controls the entrance control unit when emergency situation occurs.
