PURPOSE: A snow eliminating device is provided to effectively prevent a vehicle from slipping by rapidly spraying solid materials on a road when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A snow eliminating device(100) comprises a storage unit(110), a filter unit, a spray unit(130), a compressor(136), and a control unit. The storage unit stores solid materials. The filter unit filters the solid materials depending on the size. The spray unit sprays the solid materials on a road. The compressor generates compressed air. The control unit uniformly controls the discharged amount of the solid materials.
