A curved laminated structure such as a boat hull or part thereof is made by holding a thin lamina, e.g. of wood, to a curve depositing on it a mixture of adhesive such as glue and sawdust or like material, allowing the mixture to set, applying another lamina, and the whole is bonded together. Further layers of the mixture and further laminµ may be applied. The adhesive and sawdust may be deposited alternately on the first panel, allowing the sawdust to be impregnated by the adhesive as the deposits are made. |
