PURPOSE: Photonic quantum ring laser and a method for preparing the same are provided to increase the entire length of a photonic quantum ring by forming a photonic quantum ring laser frame into a radial shape. CONSTITUTION: A first diffusing type bragg reflector(16) is formed on the upper side for a substrate. An active area(18) includes a multi-quantum well on the upper side of the first diffusing type bragg reflector. A radial mesa is formed along the later side frame of the active area. A second diffusing type bragg reflector(20) is formed on the upper side of the active area. The second diffusing type bragg reflector includes a radial shape lateral frame.
