PURPOSE: A method for producing an electrically grounded coupling flange for attaching to a tapping armature to the exhaust port of the internal vessel of the tapping armature including the armature housing made for the carrying for the liquid and reservoir into the plastic and carrying and reservoir is provided to supply the perfect ground for dispersing the electric charge.
