PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition using natural materials for treating burn is provided to quickly heal burn without side effect and scar. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for treating burn containing complex herb extract as an active ingredient comprises: a step of inputting herbs into a pocket and sealing an entrance; a step of immersing the herb with 10-50 times of volume of water, low alcohol or mixture solvent for 30 minutes and 5 hours; a step of extracting at 90-120°C for 1-5 hours; a step of filtering the extract; a step of concentrating at 90-110°C; and a step of drying and pulverizing the concentrate at 40~70°C.
