<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has a display drive circuit mounted on a circuit board and has a protection resin film which does not have protection performance degraded by corrosion of wires, stress, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device, a display cell 1 and a circuit board 2 having the display drive circuit mounted thereon are juxtaposed and are electrically connected by a wire 4. A first protection resin film 61 is formed and kept in an end part of the display cell 1, the end part being on the side of a gap 5 between the display cell 1 and the circuit board 2, and then a second protection resin film 62 is formed from the side of the circuit board 2, and the second protection resin film is brought into contact with the first protection resin film 61 to fill the gap 5 with resin, and resin is applied to beneath a loop of the wire 4 to form a protection resin film 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
