Gearshift force support device

The device (1) has a rod actuator (4) including a rod (5) for transmission of supporting force (FS) generated by a drive (6) of the rod actuator. A connecting device (7) is connected to a free end (8) of the rod, and is connected with a gearshift lever (12) of a gearshifting unit (2), where the free end is passed out of the rod actuator. The connecting device is designed as a level arm or an auxiliary gear cable. The rod actuator is arranged in parallel connection to a gear cable (9) between another drive (3) and the gearshifting unit.
