The construction (1) has a nut (3) screwed into an internal thread (22) that is formed in a continuous elevated neck (21), where the elevated neck is extended from a body (2). The nut comprises a passage (31) and is fixed to the elevated neck with an element (4) that is led by a side panel of the elevated neck. The nut is screwed in the neck by an inner side (25) of the body and mechanically secured by the side panel of the elevated neck. An independent claim is also included for a production method for a support construction.
