PURPOSE: A method of washing the door and the gasket of a drum washing machine is provided to effectively remove the foreign matter or the detergent grounds from the door or the gasket by the repetitive water supply and discharge within upper and lower limits and the rotation of a drum at the time of discharging the water. CONSTITUTION: A method of washing the door and the gasket of a drum washing machine comprises the next steps. Water is supplied to a tub and the laundry is soaked in the water for a first time(S102). If the first time passes, the drum is rotated for a second time(S110). If the second time passes, the drum is rotated and the water is drained(S114). Each step is repetitively performed until reaching a given number. The water is supplied to become a predetermined upper limit and is drained to become a predetermined lower limit. |
