PURPOSE: A photoresist resin composition for producing an LCD spacer is provided to obtain the LCD spacer with the excellent physical properties, and to improve the production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist resin composition for producing an LCD spacer contains the following: 100 parts of acrylic copolymer by weight formed with acryl group carboxylic acid, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl acrylic ester with a polycyclic structure, acrylic alkyl ester, and a vinyl aromatic compound; 10~150 parts of acryl group polyfunctional monomer by weight; 0.1~15 parts of O-acyloxym system photo-initiator by weight; and 1~20 parts of silane coupling agent by weight.
