A LOW-DENSITY POLYOLEFIN FOAM WITH CELL GRADIENT USING ELECTROBEAM CROSSLINKAGE TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE: A low-density polyolefin foamed body is provided to secure the fire retardant property, the profitability, and the environment-friendly property by inducing the cell gradient of the foamed body. CONSTITUTION: A fire retardant low-density polyolefin foamed body contains the following: 100 parts of resin by weight containing recycled low-density polyethylene and a recycled ethylene vinylacetate copolymer in a weight ratio of 8:2~6:4; 2~5 parts of cross-linking agent by weight; 10~15 parts of blowing agent by weight; 0~2 parts of blowing aid by weight; 0~2.5 parts of internal release agent by weight; 0~5 parts of external release agent by weight; 0~10 parts of plasticizer by weight; 0~2.5 parts of heat transfer accelerator by weight; 0~2.5 parts of additive by weight; and 150~250 parts of flame retardant by weight.
