<p>The leaf has two reinforcement plates (22, 24) arranged on a rear side of a door panel sheet (10) with respect to spotwelds (25) which are implemented by laser spot welding. One of the reinforcement plates runs vertically, and the other reinforcement plate runs horizontally and is arranged in a region of an upper horizontal edge (16). The door panel sheet is formed at a lower horizontal edge (18) with a bent section at the rear side. The former reinforcement plate is welded with the bent section of the door panel sheet at the lower horizontal edge. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a door leaf for a lift door.</p> |
