PURPOSE: A high-altitude training system is provided, which can increase health of human through low oxygen concentration training. CONSTITUTION: A high-altitude training system comprises: a low oxygen concentration generation block which generates low oxygen concentration through the operation according to a control signal and stops operation in response to a stop signal; an air channel for transferring oxygen from the low oxygen concentration generation block; a sensor unit(117) measuring the concentration of the carbon dioxide and oxygen of the respiratory gas according to the training under the low oxygen environment; and a controller selectively proceeding the change of the oxygen content.
