PURPOSE: An aptamer targeting composite is provided to variously select and change an aptamer and targeting agent with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An aptamer targeting composite has a chemical formulation and/or biological formulation to a reaction group N without a linker. The biological formula is a therapeutic drug. The chemical formulation is specific to a bio molecule. A method for modifying physical or biological characteristic of the composite comprises: a preparing the aptamer targeting composite to the aptamer with recognition site, C, without a linker; a step of change chemical characteristic of single stranded nucleic acid of the aptamer; and a step of measuring physical or biological characteristic.
