<p>Formulation (I) for a foaming skin cream, comprises an aqueous emulsion (Ia) and a propellant, where (Ia) comprises urea and hyaluronic acid, at least one free fatty acid and at least two emulsifiers, where the hyaluronic acid exhibits a molecular weight of at least 1 x 10 5>Da. Independent claims are included for: (1) a formulation (II) for a foaming skin cream, comprising an aqueous emulsion (IIa) and a propellant, where the emulsion comprises urea and carbohydrate mixture that is obtained from natural source, at least one free fatty acid and at least two emulsifiers; (2) a formulation (III) for a foaming skin cream, comprising an aqueous emulsion (IIIa) and a propellant, where the emulsion comprises at least free fatty acid and at least two emulsifiers and the pH is adjusted to 5.5-8 with potassium hydroxide; (3) a foam skin cream that is obtained from the formulation; (4) a day and night skin care set, comprising a day skin care composition and a night skin care composition, where the day skin care composition is the foaming skin cream that comprises at least one free fatty acid and at least two emulsifier, where the night skin care composition comprises an additional active substance or a higher wt.%-portion of an active substance or another active substance as the day skin care composition, where the active substance is a lipid substance and/or its hydrates; and (5) a method for treating dermatosis comprising applying the formulation on the skin.
