PURPOSE: A crushing and colliding type solution mixing method is provided to improve the convenience of a mixing operation by connecting a mixing apparatus to the middle or the end of a pipe, through which mixture is supplied, in order to perform the mixing operation. CONSTITUTION: In a pre-treatment process, initial mixing solution is injected and shaken. Inflow water is jetted from opposite sides to a center part and is collided in order to weaken the adhesion of the mixing solution. A pre-treated mixing solution is mixed and stirred. The mixed solution passes through a jetting pipe and is sprayed to a pre-set direction. When the inflow water passes through a pre-treatment chamber(102) and a post-treatment chamber(103), collision processes and crushing processes are repeated to form air-gaps between particles of the mixing solution.
