PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a glass substrate for connecting an image sensor flip chip is provided to obtain high intensity and durability by using sodalime glass. CONSTITUTION: A glass plate including alkali metal ions is anodic boned with an aluminum layer(s10). A metal layer is formed on the upper side of the aluminum layer(s20). A metal pattern is formed by etching the aluminum layer and the metal layer(s30).
