PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device and a display device are provided to reduce power consumption of the display device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device includes an anode(13), a cathode(15), an organic layer(14), and an electron transfer layer. The organic layer includes a light emitting layer and is arranged between the anode and the cathode. The electron transfer player comprises the organic layer and is arranged between the cathode and the light emitting layer. |
