PURPOSE: An integral pipe for a cowl cross bar, which can reduce the entire weight of a pipe, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent thermal deformation by heat applied in the welding process. CONSTITUTION: An integral pipe for a cowl cross bar is as follows. A header(60) having a first diameter and a first thickness is manufactured. One side of header is pres-fitted to an outside mold(210) and an inner mold(220) is inserted into the header. The outside mold has a molding groove corresponding to the connection unit. The outer diameter of an inner mold corresponds to the inside diameter of the passenger seat member.
