PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or alleviating the static electricity is provided to secure the unique flavor and the antibacterial activity by including herbal essential oil, and to prevent the side effect from an artificial surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or alleviating the static electricity contains herbal essential oil and a vegetable surfactant as an active ingredient. 1~20wt% of herbal essential oil is mixed with the total amount of composition. 1~20wt% of vegetable surfactant is mixed with the total amount of composition. The herbal essential oil is extracted from rose geranium, rosemary, marjoram, jasmine, peppermint, camphor, sassafras, lavender, time, fine, eucalyptus, and basil.
