<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which an advanced diffusion film is easily formed by efficiently recording a film whose diffusibility differs depending on incident directions. <P>SOLUTION: An original plate on which a pattern constituted of a light transmissive area and a light non-transmissive area is recorded is arranged on a photosensitive film arranged on a support, and by irradiating the plate and the film with parallel ultraviolet rays, a pillar-shaped fine area is formed in a thickness direction having different refractive index inside the photosensitive film in accordance with the pattern of the original plate, and a plurality of diffusion pattern recording areas for changing the diffusibility in accordance with the incident angle of light are formed at intervals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
