The extract is obtained using water including purified water, spirit, low alcohol of C1-C4, or mixture thereof. An external use pharmaceutical composition with effects of preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains mixed herb extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium and swertia japonica, cnidii Rhizoma, calamus, polygoni multiflori Radix, and fed wild ginseng as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition is used in the form of cream, gel, patch, spray, ointment, lotion, liniment, paste, or cataplasma. |
