PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide hydrate super-ionic conductor is provided to improve the thermal stability of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide hydrate by adding KOH. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide hydrate super-ionic conductor comprises the following steps: mixing Me_4NOH 5H_2O, KOH, and water in a molar ratio of 1:1:4; dissolving the mixture for homogenizing, and crystallizing at room temperature; and obtaining tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide hydrate with the melting point higher than the room temperature.
