PURPOSE: A contact lens insertion and retraction device having a flexible membrane is provided, which can easily insert a contact lens into the eye or take the lens out using a flexible membrane. CONSTITUTION: A contact lens insertion and retraction device comprises: a body which is penetrated in one direction; a flexible membrane(120) for insertion of a contact lens, which is combined with one part of the body in order to block the penetration part of the body; and an eye blink prevention member(200) installed at the site coming into contact with the eyelid in order to fix the eyelid. In the membrane surface, protrusions are formed.
