PURPOSE: A resolution liquid saving facility for transferring the liquid to the land or the ship is provided to supply a resolution liquid saving facility capable of the transfer of the liquid including the oil treatment reagent including the piping and pumping system. CONSTITUTION: A resolution liquid saving facility includes a protective unit(10), a storage unit(20) and a pipe system(30).
