PURPOSE: A high speed radiator for a high-brightness LED is provided to improve thermal conductivity and a tensile strength property by diving a heat-sink power radiator into an upper part layer radiator and a lower part layer radiator. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(10) is settled in the recess of a heat-sink power radiator(20). A sealing lens(60) is inserted into the recess. A circuit substrate(30) is welded to the heat-sink power radiator with a solder in order to supply power to the light emitting device. The lower end of the light emitting device is molded by using silicon in the heat-sink power radiator. A heat radiating pin part(50) is located in the lower end of the circuit substrate. The heat generating from the light emitting device is spread on the circuit substrate and the heat radiating pin part through the heat-sink power radiator.
