PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a resin composition for marble chip is provided to uniformly disperse to a matrix resin, and to secure the high elongation rate and the color. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a resin composition for marble chip comprises the following steps: reacting a hydroxyalkylacrylate monomer and unsaturated polybasic acid, to form a vinylester oligomer with carboxylic acid; reacting the vinylester oligomer with a brominated epoxy resin, to form a mixture containing a compound with an unsaturated group by the vinylester oligomer, and a brominated epoxy modified unsaturated polyester mixture; forming a brominated epoxy modified unsaturated polyester binder by reacting the brominated epoxy modified unsaturated polyester mixture with a reactive acrylmonomer; and adding a reactive diluents.
