PURPOSE: A hybrid-type baseball part safety fence device of elevating type for river side is provided to have a water gate function by removing remove obstructs for flowing water in heavy rain or typhoon. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid-type baseball part safety fence device of elevating type for river side comprises a pair of vertical guide members(110), a horizontal winding unit(120), a movable fence net(130) and a lower guiding bar(140). A pair of vertical guide member is combined on the foundation part in the ground. A pair of vertical guide members guides the up and down movement of the lower guiding bar. The horizontal winding unit is united with the free end of a guiderail of the vertical guide member. The horizontal guide member moves up and down a fence to wind and unwind in a shutter mode.
