PURPOSE: A non-welding pipe connecting device is provided to reuse pipes and flanges for maintenance and repair of the connected pipes and to maximize the watertight or airtight sealing effect. CONSTITUTION: A non-welding pipe connecting device comprises two pipes(100), a pair of flanges(300), a gasket(400), a ring(500), and a fastener(600). Expanded parts(200) are formed on the two pipes to increase the diameter of ends of the pipes. The flanges are split in the longitudinal direction of the expanded parts to maintain the connection and joint state of the expanded parts of the pipes. The gasket seals a gap between the pipes. The ring is fitted to the exterior of the gasket. The fastener couples the flanges together.
