WELDING PART FORMING METHOD FOR WELDING DISTORTION SIMULATION

PURPOSE: A welding part forming method for welding distortion simulation is provided to automatically the welding portion through a bead and a melting pool based on the data of bead shape. CONSTITUTION: In a welding condition, the data of bead shape are inputted according to experience-based welding current and welding speed, and a user inputs the welding current and the welding speed for welding deformation simulation. In the data of the bead shape, the data of the width and height of the bead shape corresponding to the welding current and the welding speed are extracted. A parabola formula completed by the data is determined as a bead forming formula which indicates the external shape of the bead of a welding portion.
