PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film transistor substrate and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display apparatus are provided to improve the electrostatic capacitance of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A first capacitor electrode(131) is formed to correspond to a first region. A gate electrode(125) is formed in a part of a second region. An interlayer insulating film(113) is formed to cover the gate electrode and the first capacitor electrode. The thickness of a part of the interlayer insulating film which corresponds to the first region is thinner than that of a part of the interlayer insulating film which corresponds to the second region.
