PURPOSE: A desk lamp is provided to be used in a power failure or outdoors by using the stored power and utility power. CONSTITUTION: A desk lamp includes a light emitting member and a support member. The light emitting member is comprised of a first light emitting unit(20) and a second light emitting unit(10). The first light emitting unit is operated with the utility power. The second light emitting unit is operated with the utility power or stored power. The second light emitting unit is used as a lantern when being separated from the first light emitting unit. A support member is comprised of a support frame(30) and a support(40). One end of the support frame is connected to the first light emitting unit. The other end of the support frame is connected to the support.
