PURPOSE: A method and a system controlling an access to a wireless communication medium are provided to supports higher throughput about a NRT(Non-Real Time) traffic. CONSTITUTION: An AP(Access Point)(3805) comprises a processor(3815), a receiver(3820), and transmitter(3825). The HT STA(High Throughput Station)(3810) include a receiver(3835). The receiver receives a first beacon in a first interval. The receiver receives a management frame. The management frame expresses a set of rates supported by a plurality of STAs within a BBS(Basic Service Set). The management frame is received to a second interval which is shorter or the same with the first interval.
