PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a rotor of a louver for a ventilation window and an angle adjustment lever is provided to combine a rotor and an angle adjustment lever using the dual structure of an angle adjustment lever. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a rotor of a louver for a ventilation window is composed like next. A lever mounting hole is formed in a diametric direction of a rotor(2). An angle adjustment lever(3) is established on the lever mounting hole of the rotor. The rotor is combined with a louver for a ventilation window and rotates the louver. The angle adjustment lever adjusts the angle of the rotor.
