PURPOSE: A foot rest is provided, which can control user's foot height and enables a user to feel comfort simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A foot rest comprises: a main body(20) including a hanger for fixture by being hung on an electric line passage hole between a vertical plate and an upper plate of a desk; and a foot rest part(11) which is combined with the main body and in which a foot hanger for placing the foot is formed. The foot rest part is combined in order to be carried along the main body vertically and controls the height of the foot hanger of the foot rest part. The hanger can be hung on the corner part of the desk.
