PURPOSE: A laparoscope operation device is provided to secure driving stability by forming a grip part, a joint part, and a driving part into a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A grip part is used to cut or grab the surgical operation region inside an abdominal cavity region. A grip body is formed in one side of the grip part. A grip controller is connected to the grip part in one side of the grip body in order to control the operation of the grip part. A joint part(20) is connected to the cross-sectional side of one side of the grip part. The joint part comprises a plurality of joint bars which are arranged in parallel in order to operate the grip part. A first driving part corresponds to the joint bar. The driving part is composed of a second driving part and a third driving part.
