PURPOSE: A device for mixing dye of a cream type with oxidizer is provided to easily couple and separate a mixing bottle, thereby saving production costs. CONSTITUTION: A device for mixing dye of a cream type with oxidizer includes a container, a mixing bottle(11), an upper bottle(15), and a lower bottle(16). The container is filled with dye of a cream type with oxidizer. The mixing bottle includes an inlet(18c). Dye and oxidizer are inputted into the container by pumping a discharging pipe of the container. A part of a rotation bottle(12c) is protruded from the top of the upper bottle. A discharging hole is formed on the top of the rotation bottle.
