PURPOSE: A knee auxiliary machine is provided, which can alleviate impact applied to the knee in walking and adjust a pressure member according to individual physical condition. CONSTITUTION: A knee auxiliary machine comprises: right and left femoral region supporting members; right and left top links(5) connected to the bottom of right and left femoral region supporting members; a bottom link(7) which is rotatably connected to the bottom of right and left top links; left and right crus part supporting members(10); a top pressure member applying pressure on the front side of the femoral region; an upper belt member applying pressure on the back side of the femoral region; a lower pressure member applying pressure on the front side of the lower leg part; a lower belt member applying pressure on the back side of the lower leg part; base portions; and lid parts(31,32) which are formed in order to accept arc fixed protrusion.
