PURPOSE: A concrete leakage preventive cutoff plate is provided to reduce the fault of a concrete-placed portion and to prevent the leakage of concrete by preventing air gaps on the lower part of a cutoff rod of a concrete-placing cutoff unit. CONSTITUTION: A concrete leakage preventive cutoff plate(100) comprises a cutoff portion(110) and a joint portion(130). The joint portion is formed on both sides of the cutoff portion. The joint portion is bent to hang a rod body thereon.
