PURPOSE: An underwater footwear apparatus is provided, which enables a user to advance in the desired direction as the angle of a propulsion part changes. CONSTITUTION: An underwater footwear apparatus comprises: a supporting part(110) which supports user's foot or footwear while maintaining the center; a wearing part(120) which is connected to one side of the supporting part and wears the footwear while surrounding user's foot; and a propulsion part(130) which keeps the first angle when moving in the first direction and keeps the second angle when moving in the second direction.
