METHOD FOR ESTIMATING CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF NATM TUNNEL IN PLANNING STAGE

PURPOSE: A method for estimating construction costs of an NATM tunnel in a planning stage is provided to calculate a weighted value of each influence factor using a genetic algorithm, thereby calculating net construction costs of an NATM tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A similarity weighted value is added to a correction construction cost of similar examples. Weighted value added prices of the similar examples are calculated(S150). The sum of weighted value added prices of the similar examples is determined by predicted prices of study examples(S160). A predicted price of a new NATM tunnel construction is determined as a final construction cost using each influence factor weighted value when the difference between the predicted price of study examples and a net construction cost of the study examples is minimum(S170,S190).
