OPTICAL SHEET, OPTICAL SHEET PRODUCTION METHOD, SURFACE-EMITTING APPARATUS, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An optical sheet, a method for manufacturing an optical sheet, a surface light emitting device, and a liquid crystal display device are provided to suppress deformation due to heat expansion of an optical sheet, thereby providing the surface light emitting device and the liquid crystal display device with small brightness blurs. CONSTITUTION: A sheet body(13s) is formed by a single light transmitting resin material layer. The sheet body includes the first surface(13a) for light incoming and the second surface(13b) for light emitting. The sheet body is aligned in the first and second in-plane axial directions which are orthogonal each other. A linear expansion coefficient of all directions in a surface is 1.0 x 10E-5/°C. A structural surface part(13p) is formed on at least one of the first surface and the second surface. The structural surface part includes a geometric configuration.
