METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF THE MILK PASTEURIZING PROCESS

A method for automatic control of milk pasteurization process includes measuring the milk pressure at the inlet of a milk pasteurization and consumption section, a correcting connection which compensates a controlled disturbances in a channel of the milk-pasteurization temperature regulation as well as compensates the controlled disturbances in a channel of the milk cooling temperature regulation thus ensuring the invariability of the present control system as regards to controlled disturbances. Uncontrolled disturbances are compensated by means of introduction of indirect measurement thereof thus ensuring the invariability as regards to uncontrolled disturbances.
